Yesterday, December 2, the first meeting of the Sustainable Adhesive Knowledge Network took place at the location of Koninklijke Metaalunie in Nieuwegein. A successful meeting with approximately 50 participants, divided into the groups of Designers, Suppliers, and Processors. Participants shared the need to develop a web-based information exchange platform. There was also an appeal for the publication of several fully developed examples of adhesive bonds, with the expectation that this would improve the acceptance of adhesive bonding as a joining method.
