Earlier this year, TNO, together with NRK, launched a project called:
Plasma pre-treatment for better adhesion and bonding behavior From the business sector, there was insufficient interest to support this project.
After TNO adjusted the project from the broad description "Plasma" to "SDBD Plasma," approximately eight parties showed interest. The project team (including Andre Schilt and Marcel Simor) is currently looking for practical adhesion topics. The approach is to conduct a study for each topic to determine whether, how, and at what cost SDBD Plasma would be suitable as a surface treatment.
