Vandaag een goed georganiseerd congres bijgewoond, samen met zo'n vijftig andere geinteresseerden in Industriele Lijmtechnieken. De verzorging bij Tata Steel was uitstekend, evenals de interessante site-tour en bezoek aan de Warmband walserij. Met name de presentaties van Twan, Anton en Rinus zal de toehoorders nog lang bijblijven.

Deze presentatie richt zich op het begrijpen van de hechtingsmechanismen van 1-component warm hardende lijmsystemen aan twee specifieke typen coatings. Conventioneel gegalvaniseerd staal en Magizinc® gecoat staal. Deze coatings zijn ontwikkeld om de corrosieweerstand van automotive staal te verbeteren. De hechting aan deze coatings is echter niet altijd gelijk, de vraag is waarom....

This presentation covers the basic concept of a composite panel, the technology for the continuous manufacture of metal faced insulated building panels, on-site installation and end use examples of where metal faced insulated panels have been employed Torsten Beckert, Sales Manager BTR & Industry, Dinol GmbH Bonding and sealing in the railway industry High quality, reliability and cost efficiency of railway vehicles are requested, thus process stability and cost influencing factors, like cycle time reduction are gaining importance over time. The use of qualified bonding- and sealing processes as a preferred adhesive bonding technology in the train vehicle industry has thus increased drastically during the last decade. The logical consequences are the increasing requirements on the design, the production process and organisation of the vehicle producer. Norms and codes e.g. DIN 6701 are evolving, and setting unified standards in the industry.
The suppliers of bonding and sealing systems get deeply involved in issues of design, production and maintenance of the vehicles. This presentation will highlight some of these issues in the build of railway vehicles and discuss it’s most important parameters Twan van Zutphen, Dekalin Lijm & Wijn Dekalin B.V. is de toonaangevende lijmproducent voor het vervaardigen van wijn-en sektkapsels. Deze kapsels worden vervaardigd uit verschillende typen folies (o.a. PVC, Aluminium, PET) en de overlapnaden van deze folies worden verlijmd met oplosmiddelhoudende lijmen op basis van rubbermaterialen en harsen. Er zal een overzicht gegeven worden van de diverse typen lijmen, folies en machines die gebruikt worden voor het vervaardigen van kapsels. Door de sterke opkomst van schroefdoppen staat de markt voor wijnkapsels echter onder druk. Daar tegenover staat, dat de consumptie van wijn nog jaarlijks toeneemt.
